Vegan Spring Sundae

We love all the chocolate goodies that circulate Spring holidays like Easter and Passover. Sadly–most of those are not dairy-free. So we took it upon ourselves to scout the best gluten-free, plant-based alternatives and whipped up the PERFECT vegan Spring Sundae! Here’s what we used to make ours:

NO BULL Double Chocolate

These vegan Jordan Almonds

This dairy-free whipped cream

plus our house recipe for 10-minute salted caramel!

–you’ll need:

*1 cup of organic brown sugar

*1/2 a cup of organic full-fat coconut cream

*1/4 TSP of vanilla extract

*1 TBSP of raw unfiltered coconut oil

*3/4 TSP of Kosher salt

*1/4 cup of water

–in a saucepan over medium heat, combine your brown sugar and 1/4 cup of water

–cook without stirring until the dissolved mix has turned a caramel color (roughly 10 minutes)

–In another pan, have your coconut cream warming up and add your vanilla extract

–once caramel is done, lower heat to simmer and gently mix in coconut cream & salt

–layer up caramel and all your other sundae fixings and enjoy!

THE ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE MYLKSHAKE

Ahhh, the “Milkshake”. The most coveted and desired of ice cream treats. These decadent desserts are dairy packed from start to finish, and can be so hard to go without. So we made a dairy-free version to celebrate our Double Chocolate flavor! This plant-based version has all the goodness of your childhood weekends with none of the grown-up guilt. Read on to make your own:

–Grab a pint of NO BULL Double Chocolate

–Make your chocolate syrup: Combine the ingredients below in a mixing bowl

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

–Once mixed, incorporate fully in a saucepan over very low heat (for about 5 minutes). Set in fridge for 30 minutes.

–Line your glass with your chocolate syrup

–In a blender combine 2-3 scoops of NO BULL Double Chocolate and 1/2 a cup of Oat Milk

–Pour into your glass and top with coconut whipped cream, vegan chocolate sprinkles, and voila!

Vegan Irish Coffee

Ah, breakfast of dairy-free champions! It’s March, so of course we are dialing up the boozy recipes. Irish coffee is a classic, but heavily packed with dairy. For vegans, health enthusiasts, people with allergies–or someone who wants a plant-based alternative that tastes good–this is for you! Read on to make a mug (or two) of your own:

Grab a pint of NO BULL Mint Chocolate Swirl

1. First, make a batch of dairy-free whipped cream.

-In a bowl combine 1/2 cup of drained water from chickpea can (this is called aquafaba), and 1/8 teaspoon of cream of tartar. With a hand mixer, beat at a lower speed until it starts to get fluffy. Then increase speed until you see the classic peak formation. This should take a few minutes

-Last add 1/2 a cup of powdered sugar, 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract and beat just enough to fully incorporate

2. Once that is ready, set in the fridge

3. Serve your cold brew and add 1 oz of Irish whiskey, and 1/2 an ounce of Bailey’s Almande Cream (yes–they made a vegan Irish cream!)

4. Finish your Irish Coffee with a scoop of NO BULL Mint Chocolate Swirl, a dollop of your plant-based whipped cream and a cherry. Spoon responsibly!

Vegan Strawberry Shortcake Sundae

It’s February and we are feeling romantic! The way to our hearts is most definitely through our stomach–and a plant-based ice cream recipe is a match made in heaven. This dairy-free sundae is perfect for two, or as a ‘sweet’ way to treat yourself. Read on to make your won:

Grab a pint of NB Strawberry Frappe

Make a strawberry jam (we like this simple recipe)

Crush gluten free graham crackers into the bottom of your dish–this will be how you layer your sundae

Add some jam and a scoop of NB Strawberry Frappe

Repeat layer

Top with coconut whipped creak and your choice of vegan sprinkles

Vegan Resolution Smoothie

It’s our favorite time of year! New Year’s Resolution time. This time for fresh starts and healthy eating deserves a treat. We’ve used our Blueberry Pie flavor to bring you a vitamin packed, anti-oxidant rich, vegan smoothie that hits! This creamy plant-based shake is a great way to indulge without the guilt. Vegan Grinch Punch

Well folks–you are sure to win over even the tiniest of hearts with this one! Our plant-based holiday cocktail is SO easy to make and even easier to enjoy. Read on to make your very own Grinch Punch:

In a blender combine:

-1 scoop NO BULL Vanilla

-1 tsp of Matcha Tea

-1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

-1 oz vodka

2. In a blender combine 2 scoops, 1/3 cup plant milk, and a small piece of vegan apple pie.

5. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a square of caramel

Vegan Pumpkin-tini

Vegan Pumkin Spice Latte

It’s pumpkin spice season! This fall favorite is seemingly hard to enjoy as a dairy-free version. We know firsthand that plant-based never has to compromise on flavor. This recipe is indulgent, warming, and the perfect treat to enjoy this spooky season. Read on to make yours:

Grab a pint of NO BULL Vanilla

Serve yourself some coffee

In a brother, add 1/4 cup of vegan cream (coconut creamer works great!)

Add 1/4 tsp of pumpkin spice seasoning

Add 1 scoop of NO BULL Vanilla

Top with your pumpkin spice frothed cream and an extra sprinkle of pumpkin spice

Boozy Arnold Palmer

Here in Florida, we are soaking up the lengthy summer season with some dairy-free cocktail recipes! The Arnold Palmer is a refreshing classic. This cool, citrusy, sweet recipe is sure to quench your thirst–and your dessert craving. Read on to make your own vegan ice cream cocktail:

Grab a pint of NO BULL Vanilla

Mix unsweetened iced tea with with 1.5 oz of Vodka.

Fill your glass halfway.

Pour lemonade over the convex side of a spoon to create layered effect.

Vegan Mint Chocolate Mojito Float

Well folks, this one is “mint” to be! This summer is a scorcher and there are few cocktails as refreshing as a mint mojito. We wanted to remix this seasonal favorite, offering a plant-based, ice cream packed recipe. This dairy-free cocktail is citrusy, cool, chocolaty and creamy. Read on to make your own:

For this recipe you will need:

1 pint of NO BULL Mint Chocolate

1 pack of fresh mint

1/2 a lime

a white rum of your choice

club soda/sparkling water

To make, muddle your fresh mint and fresh lime juice in the bottom of a mixing tin. Add ice, 2 oz of rum, and a splash of sparkling water–shake well. Next line your glass with vegan chocolate syrup. Serve your mojito, top with a scoop our two of NO BULL Mint Chocolate. Garnish with whipped cream and mint sprig. Enjoy!!!

Vegan Watermelon Popsicles

That’s right–it’s watermelon season! Juicy and sweet, this recipe is perfect for taking to the beach or as a fun summer activity with the kiddos. Read on to make your own:

Grab a pint of NO BULL Vanilla

Fill this popsicle mold with your Vanilla, then set in the freezer for 1 hour

Remove from the mold and fill the remaining side with crushed watermelon and your popsicle stick

Set in the freezer and enjoy!

We’re bringing the candy shop to you with this recipe! Candy can often contain things like milk, or gelatin–ingredients that can prohibit the delight of someone on a vegan, dairy-free, or plant-based diet. We found several delicious vegan candy options and had to make something indulgent! Read on to make your own:

Grab a pint of NO BULL Vanilla and NO BULL Double Chocolate

Layer your glass with dairy-free chocolate syrup–we really like this one from Whole Foods. Then line the top edge of your glass with syrup and cover in vegan sprinkles! We love these from Fancy Sprinkles!

Add a few scoops of NO BULL

Top with dairy-free whipped cream, plant-based m&m’s (we love these from UNREAL), a vegan donut, and top with an Oreo (yup, they’re vegan) and a cherry!

Dairy-free American Spirit Shots

Memorial Day is almost here and what better way to celebrate than with some good ole American spirit! Or in our case… spirits! This recipe is easy, tasty, and different. Did we also mention refreshing? It’s summer holiday recipe! Here’s how to make this set of red, white, and blue:

Grab a pint of NO BULL Vanilla, Strawberry Frappe, and Blueberry pie

Freeze your ice shot glasses (we used this shot mold from amazon)

Let set overnight, then fill with your spirit of choice

Top with your 3 vegan NO BULL ice creams

Finish with your favorite plant-based garnishes

Vegan Ice Cream Cake

Talk about a throwback Thursday! Ice cream cakes came on the scene in the 80’s and haven’t stopped filling dessert bowls, since. This seemingly complex recipe is easy as pie (or in this case, cake)! Read on to layer up this plant-based goodness:

Grab any 3 flavors of NO BULL Ice Cream

Line a deep glass container with cling film

Scoop and press a layer of your first flavor (Let set in the freezer for 15 minutes)

Repeat for 2nd and 3rd flavors

Top with dairy-free whipped cream and a fun topping (like sprinkles or crumbles)

Let fully set and slice!

Get 1 pack of plant-based Oreo style sandwich cookies and dairy-free chocolate syrup

Line the bottom of your dish with your chocolate syrup

Add a layer of crushed Oreo style cookies

Top with a hefty serving of NO BULL

Add a final drizzle of chocolate syrup, vegan whipped cream, and a cookie
