VEGAN SHAMROCK SHAKE

Here’s a vegan version of a shamrock shake by McDonalds, just in time for St. Patty’s Day. You’re
welcome.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pint NO BULL Dairy-free Mint Fudge Swirl ice cream. Get at Whole Foods market, FL.
6 drops of egg-free green food coloring–here’s one on amazon.
½ tsp peppermint extract. This is a nice one by ANGEL BAKE.
¼ cup Heavy cream substitute. This one by CALIFIA is available at Whole Foods Market.

For topping:
Vegan whipped cream. This one by 365 Whole Foods Market is budget friendly.
Maraschino Cherry.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
Enjoy guilt free!
