Well folks, this one is “mint” to be! This summer is a scorcher and there are few cocktails as refreshing as a mint mojito. We wanted to remix this seasonal favorite, offering a plant-based, ice cream packed recipe. This dairy-free cocktail is citrusy, cool, chocolaty and creamy. Read on to make your own:
For this recipe you will need:
1 pint of NO BULL Mint Chocolate
1 pack of fresh mint
1/2 a lime
a white rum of your choice
club soda/sparkling water
To make, muddle your fresh mint and fresh lime juice in the bottom of a mixing tin. Add ice, 2 oz of rum, and a splash of sparkling water–shake well. Next line your glass with vegan chocolate syrup. Serve your mojito, top with a scoop our two of NO BULL Mint Chocolate. Garnish with whipped cream and mint sprig. Enjoy!!!
