The Holiday Festivities are well underway, and so are seasonal recipes! This is SUCH a simple plant based recipe, which can be modified for gluten-free as well! Our Caramel Apple Pie shake is sugar and spice, and everything vegan! Here’s what you’ll need to make your own:
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 TBSP crushed graham crackers (sub gluten-free if needed)
• 1 gala apple
• 1 tsp of avocado oil
• 1tsp maple syrup
• dash of cinnamon
• crushed walnuts (optional)
• coconut whipped topping (optional)
• NO BULL CARAMEL APPLE PIE
DIRECTIONS:
Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Roughly chop your gala apple and add to pan with avocado oil. Add maple syrup and cinnamon, and sauté your apples on low-medium heat. This is to create your caramelized apple filling (about 5-7 minutes). Once soft and fragrant combine apple filling, crushed graham crackers, and a 2 scoops of NO BULL VEGAN CARAMEL APPLE PIE in a blender. Top with whipped topping and crushed walnuts for some extra goodness!
