No one wants a hangover! So why suffer through one? Prepping your body for a night on the town can help with the morning after, along with some other tricks to avoid that nasty headache. Try this smoothie to help fortify your body like a warrior! We’ve packed this smoothie with antioxidants, healthy fats, avocado and oats. Replace fruit and milk alternatives based on your personal taste. 

Ingredients:

2 cups of Spinach

3 cups of NO BULL Dairy-Free vanilla ice cream

½ cup coconut milk or alternative milk of choice (optional for a runnier smoothie.)

½ cup of berries or pineapple (your preference)

½ cup orange juice

1 banana

1 avocado

1 tbsp honey

Directions:

Blend all ingredients and serve.
